Ercom Computer has been developing innovative software solutions for the PVC window and glass industry since 1997. Proud to have created the first Windows-based program, we are now among the most widely used software providers in the sector. To maintain this position, we continuously update and improve our products by closely monitoring technological advancements.
One of our company's strongest assets is the direct reflection of our industry experience in our software. Our founders, who have been actively involved in a family company that has been a distributor for Pimapen and Fıratpen products since 1983, integrated this deep field experience into our software, forming the foundation of Ercom. Thanks to this, all developed solutions are designed by experts who understand the real needs of the sector and are continuously improved with a user-centric approach.
Today, our goal at Ercom is to maintain our leadership in the sector while continuing to develop intelligent software solutions that increase our customers' competitiveness, improve efficiency, and simplify their business processes. Computers and software programs have become indispensable in the PVC industry. The increasing use of computers and the continuous addition of new technologies have made software use inevitable for companies that think big and want to meticulously analyze profit and loss.
Ercom Computer, anticipating the growth in the PVC sector in 1997, introduced its first software to the sector and has continuously updated itself based on feedback. Closely following developments in the IT world, the company has always kept its software up-to-date to meet both internal company and industry needs.
While the first program, launched in 1997, was still reaching its users, the development of a more professional and user-friendly version began immediately. After a three-year development process, the Ercom 2000/Smart program was released in 2001 for use by PVC window manufacturers. Thanks to its parametric structure and production automation features, it has become a preferred program not only for PVC but also for wooden and aluminum window and door production.
Ercom 2000/Smart window program, which has given a new impetus to the window industry, stands out with the effectiveness of its parametric structure. It has not remained a PVC program but has become a sought-after program for window production automation, also for wooden and aluminum windows and doors.
Ercom Computer has not neglected the glass industry in addition to window production. With ERCOM CAM2000 PRO, it has developed a glass cutting and optimization program and presented it to the liking of insulated glass and single-pane glass manufacturers. It has also produced broad-based software that enables cutting optimization of materials such as composite panels and particleboard.
In addition to all this, it has completed the Commercial Set software to assist small and medium-sized businesses with their accounting and to keep all their current transactions under control, providing the necessary convenience for these businesses.
Ercom Computer has not been confined to the domestic market with its software, but has also completed translations into all known and frequently used languages worldwide, expanding internationally. Currently, it proudly serves over 11,000+ users in 80+ countries.
By keeping up with the latest technological advancements, Ercom Computer has achieved a significant success by undertaking the development of the necessary software (CNC + Automation) for the SC-220 NR-240 NR-242 NR-263 Super Cutting and Profile Processing Machines, newly manufactured by Murat Makine, one of the largest PVC window production machine companies in the sector.
In addition, it has developed automation software for the Double Head PLC Automation Cutting Machines produced by 60+ machine manufacturers in the market. Furthermore, it has developed automation systems compatible with CNC machining centers of leading machine companies specializing in CNC, such as Kaban, Schtec, Özgenç, Graf, Elumatec, Osman Liman, Plastmak, Özçelik, Intelli Mach, Yılmaz, Artikon, and Risus.
It also continues to optimize all production processes in the sector with the Ercom Shutter Production Program developed for shutter manufacturers.
