1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected

When using our site, we may process your name, email address, phone number, company name, postal address, IP address, browser type, and cookie data.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is used to provide software sales, installation and technical support services, manage licenses, respond to customer inquiries, fulfill legal obligations, and (with your explicit consent) send marketing communications.

4. Legal Basis

Data is processed on the grounds of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Articles 5 and 6.

5. Data Sharing

7. Retention Periods

Customer and contract data is retained for 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code), tax records for 5 years, and web server logs for 2 years. Data is deleted or anonymized upon expiry.

8. Your Rights
